Happy Milk, the Bengaluru-based organic dairy brand, has launched Mishti Doi, made from organic milk from its farm.

The product is packed in traditional mud pots, which will take the consumers back to the roots of the dessert. It is nutritionally rich in protein, and does not contain any chemicals or preservatives. The sweetness will add an exotic enrichment to their taste buds.

The company’s Mishti Doi, which is priced at Rs 120 for a 400g pack, is available on Daily Ninja, BigBasket and Amazon, and also for home deliveries and in stores. When stored in ambient temperature, it has a shelf life of 10 days from the date of manufacturing.

Happy Milk was founded by Mehal Kejriwal in December 2017. The company began with a small dairy farm near Tumkur, bringing farm-fresh, ready-to-drink milk in glass bottles that was entirely untouched by human hands to Bangaloreans.

The dairy currently has 14 products in 22 SKUs (stock-keeping units), including homogeneous and pasteurised milk, ghee, curd and paneer (cottage cheese).
