On February 28, 2019, according to Korean media reports, the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety issued a news report that this year, the functional raw materials of 9 kinds of healthy functional foods such as beta-carotene, vitamin K, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, pantothenic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin H, potassium, chromium were re-evaluated.
The results of this re-evaluation will be published in December.
The Ministry of food and Drug Safety of Korea will carry out a preliminary investigation on the 2020 periodic reevaluation of raw materials of red ginseng, aloe gel and maltodextrin.
