US-based sauce and condiment producer Golding Farms Foods has announced the acquisition of Arcobasso Foods, makers of refrigerated dressings, sauces and beverage mixers.
Financial details of the deal have not been divulged.
Based in Hazelwood, Missouri, Arcobasso is engaged in the production of sauce and condiments, including salad dressings, hot sauces, wing sauces, BBQ sauces.
For more than three decades, Arcobasso has been manufacturing products on behalf of retail, foodservice and branded customers.
It operates a 60,000ft² facility in Hazelwood, Missouri, with shelf-stable and refrigerated temperature state capabilities.
Arcobasso Foods president Pat Newsham said: “I am very proud of our success and the growth we have experienced since my brother founded Arcobasso in 1987.

With the acquisition of Arcobasso Foods, Golding Farms has further increased its product offerings portfolio and established its manufacturing footprint.
