A study that was done in France discovered that there is a 10% association with higher rates of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and ultra processed food.

Moreover, another study that was done in Spain reports a 62% increased chance of people dying of any cause if they are having four meals per day containing ultra-processed food, compared to those who only have two per day.
