Artesur, the food brand from Cordoba, and Carlos Rios, a dietitian and nutritionist who created the Realfooding movement, have launched the first Realfooding gazpacho and the first 100% natural Realfooding Salmorejo.

These products are made with fresh vegetables from Andalusia and with extra virgin olive oil. They do not contain preservatives, additives, or flavor enhancers and have not undergone any type of heat treatment or pasteurization. The result is very healthy products with high nutritional values.

The gazpacho and salmorejo that Artesur has launched with the Realfooding seal show the company's clear commitment to offering consumers committed to a healthy diet high-quality rich and healthy products.

“We made this alliance with Carlos Rios and Realfooding to make a truly natural gazpacho and salmorejo that is just like the ones made at home,” stated Fernando Medina Gallego, director of Migasa's Mass Consumption Division and head of the project at Artesur.

For the launch of this product, the company made a great effort and investment in R&D at its Cordoba plant, to make the production process more environmentally responsible.

Gazpacho and salmorejo are products that are increasingly in demand in ready-to-eat formats. The Realfooding community, a movement that values real food as the basis of a healthy and quality diet, had long been demanding a ready-to-eat gazpacho and salmorejo that complied with their demands.

“We were destined to work together: our gazpacho and salmorejo are truly natural. They are made with quality vegetables, like the ones consumers choose in the greengrocer, with the best extra virgin olive oil, and packaged just like people package it in their kitchens. The Realfooding movement understands and values these kinds of proposals: real food that is made with love and care, that is rich, healthy, and balanced,” stated Fernando Medina Gallego, the head of this project at Artesur.

Carlos Rios is a renowned dietitian and nutritionist, creator of the Realfooding movement, a lifestyle that has hundreds of thousands of followers in its social networks. Its mission is to fight, through knowledge and awareness, against the multinationals of ultra-processed products so that people can once again eat real food.

The first Realfooding gazpacho and salmorejo is on sale from June 15 at Alcampo, Carrefour, Alimerka, MAS Supermarkets, Cash Fresh, Super BM (UVESCO), and FROIZ.
