To support and encourage industry development, the organisers have launched a new “best initiative” scheme.
Exhibitors are invited to apply and enter their new products for consideration by a jury. A selection of the best products will then be featured, with visitors to the fair picking out the overall 2012 Best Innovation Award.
The show, which runs alongside InterMopro and InterCool, the dairy and frozen food shows, takes place between 23-25 September and between them are expected to attract more than 400 exhibitors from 17 nations.
