Andrews by-the-Sea followed by the St. Andrews Seafood Festival from June 8-10.
The Seafood Festival will welcome visitors from around the Maritimes and New England to kick off the summer tourism season with a three-day celebration of Bay of Fundy seafood. Now in its third year, the festival will feature free tours of salmon farms, lobster sales right off the boat, special seafood menus in local restaurants, seafood and wine pairings, music and the biggest lobster boil, clam bake, salmon BBQ and seafood scoff imaginable.
The Seafood Forum is a remarkable opportunity for seafood professionals and researchers to exchange information and discuss the evolving topic of sustainable seafood. The forum will welcome seafood professionals from around the world who will hear diverse perspectives on sustainable seafood and participate in panel discussions.
Critically-acclaimed chef Jamie Kennedy, a culinary trailblazer who was among the first to cook with local, seasonal, organic and sustainable foodstuffs, is this year’s guest chef.
