Core Tip: Benihana, a US-based operator of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants, has launched new dishes - Filet Mignon & Chicken for Two and Seafood Diablo for One.
The new dishes form a part of the company's June Chef's Specials range.

According to the company, Filet Mignon & Chicken for Two is a teppanyaki treat, which features mushrooms and sesame seeds. Benihana's Seafood Diablo features sea scallops, calamari, shrimp, and assorted vegetables grilled with Japanese udon noodles in a spicy sauce.

Both the dishes are served with Benihana's signature onion soup, Benihana salad, a hibachi shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, homemade dipping sauces, steamed rice and Japanese hot green tea.

The specials can be found at all Benihana restaurants in the US with the exception of Little Rock, Las Vegas and Hawaii.

Benihana, headquartered in Miami, operates 95 Japanese theme and sushi restaurants in the US, including 62 Benihana restaurants, eight Haru sushi restaurants, and 25 RA Sushi restaurants.
