With this ingredient, food manufacturers can keep the nutritional value, color and flavor of food while also extending shelf life and palatability.”
ICL Performance Products will have samples of popcorn toppings with Licresse at its booth No. 2458 during the Institute of Food Technologists’ annual meeting and food exposition June 26-28 in Las Vegas.
