Almond crisp is a blend of whole grain flakes and clusters with sliced almonds and coconut, while autumn blend is a mix of whole grain flakes, clusters, raisins and apples. The cereals contain 30 grams of whole grains, 6 to 7 grams of protein and 6 to 7 grams of fiber in every serving.
The cereals are available exclusively at Target stores nationwide for $3.99.
