According to the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Anti-dumping, anti-dumping duty will continue to be collected on imported BPA originated from the said countries and regions during the final review investigation period.
This is in accordance with tax collection scope and tax rate released in MOFCOM Announcement No. 68 and No. 96 of 2007 and No. 108 of 2009.
Imports from Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan will be subject to a final review completed before 30 August 2013.
