The new items are available in a variety of shapes and portion sizes and are suitable for sandwiches, fish & chips, fish tacos, salad toppings, custom platters, buffets, kids' menus and more.
The company noted that the Oceanway Pollock offers a superior value for cost-conscious operators due to its consistent piece sizing, economical pricing, and easy preparation.
The Oceanway line was developed to give operators with budget restrictions a way to access dependable and consistent quality seafood items with an emphasis on guest-pleasing flavor, along with operator versatility and cost management, the company said.
