The vocational training baking course focusses on practical and technical classification of baking and product making. The practical programme deals with aggressive product practice. It will allow a candidate to comprehend about the varied ingredients and its procedure to achieve a well-baked product.

“At the end of the training session, job assistance will be provided to all participants to work with major industry players across the country. The course fee is Rs 20,000 per student,” stated Gaur.

Being one of the leading bakery training schools, the 13-year-old IBCA has worked quite intensively in moulding entrepreneurship skills among participants. Besides, the institute is also trying to rope in additional market support and sponsors to be able to provide better job opportunities to the candidates for their commercial establishment needs and its growth.

“IBCA, located at Mission Road in Bengaluru, is well-equipped to deliver the required baking skills to the aspiring candidates. It offers a learning space to experience the simple art of baking and address domestic needs and commercial requirements. Being an exclusive culinary school, the institution is unique in terms of the specialised training across different levels in baking for all ages,” said Gaur.
