Guyana-based JR Burgers fast food franchise has opened its signature outlet in a new building while expanding the location to accommodate a bar, a restaurant and a drive thru service.
The burger joint has invested around $1m in the expansion, according to the chain's owner Jad Rahaman.The three-storey building has the JR Burgers fast food outlet in the ground floor and the Altitude Cocktail Bar on the first floor. The restaurant called Signature will be opened by April on the second floor.
The drive thru will be functional in three weeks. While the JR Burgers outlet will open on all days, the Altitude bar will be open only from Wednesday to Sunday.
