Bull Falls Brewery in Wausau, Wisconsin, US, has entered into an agreement with Mid-Wisconsin Beverage for the distribution of its craft-brewed beers across central and northern Wisconsin.
The distribution agreement comes on the heels of Bull Falls Brewery's $1.5m expansion project, which was approved by the Wausau City Council in October 2012.
Bulls Falls Brewery co-owner and brewmaster Mike Zamzow said the agreement allows the brewery to concentrate on making high quality craft-beers and expands its distribution capacity.
"Once our expansion project is completed this summer, our new canning line will allow us to produce 16-ounce 4-Packs and 24-Packs for supermarkets, liquor and convenience stores, taverns and restaurants; in addition to accelerating production and distribution of our kegs to a wider geographic area," Zamzow added.
"With Mid-Wisconsin Beverage as our partner, we gain an established distribution footprint, as well as excellence in marketing, sales and in-store merchandising."
The Wausau-based distributor will deal with wholesale sales and distribution of Bull Falls Brewery beers in cans, kegs and growlers on completion of the brewery's expansion in 2013.
Mid-Wisconsin Beverage Bob Wolff COO said, "Bull Falls craft-brewed beers represent an exciting new wave in the beer business; we're happy to be part of that surge and take these unique hand-crafted beers, that continue to grow in popularity, to a much wider audience."
Bull Falls Brewery, which was established in 2007, is Wausau's first distributing micro-brewery and manufactures16 different styles of beer every year.
Mid-Wisconsin Beverage distributes carbonated soft-drinks, juices, teas, coffees, waters and isotonics in Central and Northern Wisconsin.
