DS Waters of America, a provider of bottled drinking water, brewed beverages and water filtration systems to homes and offices across the US, has purchased Texas-based bottled water company AquaSpring Water.
AquaSpring currently offers natural spring water to Houston area customers and with this agreement they will be integrated into DS Waters home and office bottled water delivery business.
The acquisition allows DS Waters to expand its domestic presence and beverage offerings to the customers across the US.
DS Waters West Central Region vice president and general manager Jim Lewandowski said that the company will offer expanded bottled water, coffee and water filtration service offerings to AquaSpring customers.
"We are working to ensure a smooth transition and are incorporating the new routes immediately," Lewandowski added.
DS Waters president and CEO Tom Harrington said, "We welcome all AquaSpring customers into the DS Waters family and look forward to earning their loyalty through the quality of our beverages and delivery services."
