DS Waters to acquire Cascade Coffee coffee, water filtration service divisions

DS Waters of America, a bottled drinking water, brewed beverages and water filtration systems producer, will purchase US-based Cascade Coffee’s office coffee and water filtration service divisions.

The acquisition follows the company's acquisition of The Standard Coffee Service in March 2012.

Cascade Coffee offers coffee services through several brands, including Compass Creek coffee brand to businesses across the Pacific Northwest region.

DS Waters brewed beverage division vice president and general manager Ken Shea said: "We are pleased that we will continue to distribute the Compass Creek coffee brand to all our customers in Washington and Oregon."

Cascade Coffee chairman and CEO Phil Johnson said: "Customers can now enjoy a variety of beverage offerings including brewed coffee, tea and bottled water delivered by one company."

DS Waters president and CEO Tom Harrington said: "We welcome all Cascade Coffee customers to the DS Waters family and look forward to offering them a wide variety of beverages delivered through our outstanding customer service."

DS Waters offers a range of products and services, including brewed coffee and tea products, bottled water, flavored drinks, juices, condiments, ancillary supplies, brewing equipment, water filtration systems and delivery services.
