fishTesco is launching Fish in a Flash – a new range of pre-packed, ready-to-cook fish to replace The Saucy Fish Co in stores on Monday.

Produced by existing Tesco fish supplier Farne, the six-strong own-label range will hit stores on Monday (8 April). It comprises salmon fillets with sweet chilli watercress & crème fraiche and sweet soy & ginger, as well as smoked haddock with Cheddar and spinach mornay, cod with pea & mint, and spice-crusted seabass fillets with a coconut & lemongrass dressing.

“The range has been developed to reflect our customers’ demand for fresh, high-quality, easy-to-cook own brand fish,” said a Tesco spokeswoman. “The range is responsibly sourced.”
