Rudi’s Organic expands production capacity in US

US-based Rudi’s Organic Bakery has completed the expansion of its bakery in Boulder, Colorado, in response to the increasing consumer demand.

The expanded bakery will allow Rudi's Organic to increase production of both its Rudi's Organic and Rudi's Gluten-Free products by moving the baking of its gluten-free products to an exclusively gluten-free production room.

The new dedicated gluten-free bakery, adjacent to the existing organic bakery, will feature state-of-the-art equipment and ovens to enable Rudi's to continue to grow with the market.

The new bakery remodel adds over 10,000ft2 of production space, which is expected to nearly double the weekly output of both the organic and gluten-free production lines.

Commenting on the development Rudi's Organic Bakery Marketing and Sales senior vice president Doug Radi said that the company is committed to provide healthy, organic and gluten-free baked goods.

The new baking facility will add 45 workers in order to meet the increased production schedule and capacity.

Rudi's Organic Bakery is a producer of organic and gluten-free breads, baked goods and snacks. The company's products are certified gluten-free and carry the Gluten-Free Certification Organization seal.
