Made from pork or turkeys that have been humanely raised on family farms with no antibiotics and 100% vegetarian feeds, this line uses only the highest quality, antibiotic-free ingredients with no added nitrites or nitrates.

The line’s pre-sliced salame offerings, made with 100% pork, include five recipes:
• Uncured Fennel Salame—prepared with fennel seeds, sea salt and fresh garlic
• Uncured Genoa Salame—a blend of cracked pepper and fresh garlic
• Uncured Italian Dry Salame—a complement of spices and full-bodied wine
• Uncured Sopressata Salame—mixed with flavorings of sweet fennel, peppers and red wine
• Piccante Salame—a slightly hotter version of the sopressata made with chile de arbol flakes for a spicy kick

These pre-sliced varieties come in 4-ounce packages for a suggested retail price of $4.99.
