Palsgaard is pleased to announce that our facilities in Mexico, Palsgaard Ind.de Mexico, S.de R.L. de C. has achieved ISO 22000 - 2005 and FSSC 22000 certification with effect from June 2013. This means, that the quality management system at Palsgaard Mexico now meets the demands of ISO9001 and ISO22000/FSSC22000.

The two ISO-standards set the demands to the management of quality and food safety. FSSC22000 sets additional demands to prerequisite programs and services. FSSC22000 is approved by the GFSI.

Palsgaard's main production facilities in Denmark became ISO/FSSC 22000 certified in June 2011, as did our PGPR factory in the Netherlands in November 2013.

“As we have decided that all of our production sites must be ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 certified, we have already begun the process of having our new factory in Malaysia equally certified.”
