Some Tesco Finest Restaurant Collection 2 Triple Belgian Chocolate Crowns have been recalled, because of incorrect allergy information. The products are labelled as containing ‘no nuts’. However, a number have been contaminated with nuts (tree nuts and/or peanuts). This makes the product a health risk for those with an allergy to nuts. The Agency has issued an Allergy Alert.

• Tesco Finest Restaurant Collection 2 Triple Belgian Chocolate Crowns, 2 x 70g
• ‘Use by’ date: All dates up to and including 7 July 2013
Tesco is recalling the above product from sale. Customer notices will be displayed in stores, explaining why the product has been recalled. The company has also contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall.
