The Canadian Food Inspection Agency suspended the license of Beking Poultry Farm, a shell-egg producer in Oxford Station, Ontario.
The agency revoked the company's license for not meeting standards for the Canada A grade as established in federal regulations. CFIA inspectors consistently found a large number of cracks in eggs from Beking Poultry Farm.
"The operator has failed to implement proper corrective actions to effectively resolve the issue," CFIA reported.
The establishment cannot resume operations until necessary corrective actions have been implemented, according to CFIA.
