Ingredients:
• 1 cup - Channa Dhal
• Salt - to taste
• Red Chilli Powder - to taste
• 1 tablespoon - Olive Oil
Procedure:
1. Wash and soak channa dal for two hours.
2. Drain water and spread it out on a cloth to absorb the extra moisture.
3. When dal is dry, take a bowl and mix oil, salt and red chilli in it. Mix dal and spices as well.
4. Take a baking tray and line it with foil. Spread the prepared channa dal on the foil.
5. Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake the dal until golden brown. It takes around 8-10 minutes.
6. When you will take it out from the oven, it will look soft but once cooled it becomes crunchy.
