High Liner Foods on Thursday added Sa-Weet! Potato Crusted Seafood to its Viking Brand line.
Designed for the K-12 and healthcare foodservice market, the new line is made of Marine Stewardship Certified Alaskan Pollock coated with a crust made of sweet potatoes, nutmeg and cinnamon. The product lineup will be available in nuggets, sticks, fillets and portions.
The line meets the Alliance for a Healthier Generation Guidelines and are aligned with the USDA whole grain guidelines for the 2014 school year.
