Designed for the K-12 and healthcare foodservice market, the new line is made of Marine Stewardship Certified Alaskan Pollock coated with a crust made of sweet potatoes, nutmeg and cinnamon. The product lineup will be available in nuggets, sticks, fillets and portions.

The line meets the Alliance for a Healthier Generation Guidelines and are aligned with the USDA whole grain guidelines for the 2014 school year.

High Liner actively participates in the Alliance for Healthier Generation's Healthy Schools Program, which provides tools, resources and healthier school meals to more than 11,000 schools across the U.S.
