Mondelēz International Inc. has introduced Nabisco Rice Thins, a new gluten-free snack. Made with rice that is baked until crisp, Mondelēz describes Nabisco Rice Thins as “a light-textured, crispy snack with delicious flavor and an irresistible crunch.”
Kimberly Fontes, senior manager of communications at Mondelēz, said the company introduced the new product for consumers who may be looking to make changes in their eating habits.
“We created Nabisco Rice Thins with these consumers in mind, as well as those that need to follow a gluten-free lifestyle,” Ms. Fontes said. “We’re excited to be one of the mainstream brands offering a gluten-free option that is not only wholesome, but delicious.”
The new rice thins are available in a variety of flavors, including white rice original, brown rice sea salt and pepper, and brown rice white cheddar.
