Nitta Gelatin hired Erika Tchang as business development manager for its Wellnex™ collagen peptides product line. Tchang’s role is focused on developing the North American and European markets for collagen peptides.

Prior to joining Nitta Gelatin, Tchang recently served as a consultant for dietary supplement and food ingredient manufacturers. She also brings experience in nutricosmetic and nutritional ingredients from past marketing and sales roles for a North American ingredient distributor.
