The Halal Food Park in Norfolk is the first and only dedicated Halal Food Park in Europe. The strategy of the business is to focus on the growing demand for Halal Beef & Sheep meat in the UK.
The site is 100% dedicated to Non Stun Halal and the Halal Food Park will be able to offer a full range of Meat Products for the Muslim Consumer, including; Beef, Lamb, Veal, Mutton, Chicken, Burgers, Sausages and Marinated Meat products which will be able to be supplied in a range of diverse packaging materials to suit Wholesalers, Retailers and Foodservice Customers.
The site already boasts the only dedicated 100% Non- Stun Abattoir for Beef & Lamb in the UK, which is operated by Simply Halal Sales Ltd, and with the Halal Burger Company now open in Unit 3 at the European Halal Food Park manufacturing Beef & Lamb Burgers combining this with the opening of the Halal Sausage Company & Halal Cooked Meat Company who will both be in full production by the end of October 2013, enabling the European Halal Food Park to offer a diverse range of Halal Meat products to the consumer, in the knowledge that all the raw materials are fully traceable from farm to fork, guaranteeing Genuine Non Stun Halal.
