Australia-based Premium Wine Brands is being rebranded by its parent company, Pernod Ricard, and will be called Pernod Ricard Winemakers.
The proposed move is part of the company's aim to fortify its position in global premium wine market.
Pernod Ricard Winemakers chairman and CEO Jean-Christophe Coutures said the change represented an evolutionary step for wine in the Pernod Ricard and positions the company for future growth.
"The introduction of Pernod Ricard to our name is particularly noteworthy. Not only does it reflect the quality and heritage credentials of our parent business, but also demonstrates the Group's continued commitment to its wine interests," Coutures added.
Premium Wine Brands was formed in October 2010, as part of Pernod Ricard's move to realign all of its wine brands under one brand.
Its wine brands include Jacob's Creek, Brancott Estate, Campo Viejo and Graffigna, and Helan Mountain.
