This annual event provides salmon processors with a unique opportunity to experience up close the processing of salmon with Marel’s industry leading equipment. Salmon industry leaders from all over the world meet at the ShowHow to discuss the latest trends and hear guest speakers address some of the key issues facing the industry.
For the first time ever salmon processors will be invited to Progress Point, Marel’s brand new demonstration centre, located just 5 minutes from Copenhagen Airport. This unique facility is designed to bring experts together to experience the full potential of Marel’s equipment & integrated systems in a ‘hands-on’ environment. Progress Point features 2900m2 of demonstration halls, meeting rooms, a large auditorium, dining and entertaining areas, and these state-of-the-art facilities will make the Salmon ShowHow a great experience for processors.
Ongoing live demonstrations will be held throughout the day to present new equipment, including a wide range of stand-alone machines and integrated processing systems.
The programme will conclude with dinner and entertainment in the evening.
