Last summer Polish dealer Witmar Sp. z o.o., from the Hotraco Bogmar Group, installed a new cooling and ventilation system. Witmar is Poland's largest onion processing plant and they make fresh salads. The installation consists of a central suction ventilator, equipped with modulating gas heaters for the drying of onions and frequency controlled fans. The cooling of onions and carrot for storage is done via a central glycol system.
