CO2 Group buys prawn aquaculture firm

Further payments of about AUD 2.1 million (USD 1.9 million, EUR 1.4 million) will me made in 2015 and 2016.



The acquisition makes CO2 one of the largest aquaculture prawn producers in Australia and is expected to be earnings positive this financial year.
