The product contains a minimum of 50 percent protein and enriches low-moisture foods. PenDure CW is non-allergenic and Kosher, and offers the following functional benefits:

• Texturizer

Penford’s existing white corn product portfolio includes:
PenFibe CW, a non-GMO white corn fiber that contains a minimum of 80 percent dietary fiber and cuts calories when used in place of flour. Another offering is PenGerm™CW, a non-GMO white corn-based germ that adds texture, enhances appearance and extends the use of nuts which provides significant cost savings. All three ingredients can be used in the following applications:

• Baked Goods
• Breakfast Cereals
