Stoli Group USA, the North American subsidiary of SPI Group, has entered into a new distribution agreement with wine and spirits distributor Southern Wine & Spirits of America.
Under the terms of the agreement, Southern Wine & Spirits will distribute the complete Stolichnaya brand portfolio, including Stolichnaya Premium and Flavored Vodkas, Stolichnaya Gold Vodka and elit by Stolichnaya Ultra Luxury Vodka over the next five years.
Stoli Group New York president John Esposito said, "As we embark on this new venture for Stoli Group (USA), LLC, we recognize the need for strong support from a like-minded partner, a distributor that shares our ambitions and passion for the brand.
"Our partnership with Southern is a great opportunity for us to grow our iconic brands in key markets across the country."
The new agreement brings the companies' partnership to 13 markets in the US.
