Seafood Prix d’Elite Finalists Announced

The winners will be unveiled at an awards ceremony at the Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global exhibition in Brussels on May 6.

The Brussels event showcases the finest and most innovative new seafood products entering the market.

Now in its fourteenth year, the Seafood Prix d’Elite competition continues to grow in importance and prestige.

In addition to prizes for the best new retail product and best new food service product, five special awards will be presented to companies for originality, convenience, health and nutrition, retail packaging and seafood product line.

More than 1,690 exhibitors will display goods and services at Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global this year.

With buyers from more than 145 countries attending, the trade show forms one of the world’s largest seafood expositions.

The 34 finalists representing 11 countries in this year’s Seafood Prix d’Elite competition are as follows:
