Alkaline WatAlkaline Waterer, a US-based producer of alkaline water, has installed a proprietary alkaline generating electrolysis apparatus in Brookshire's Grocery Company (BGC) bottling plant in Tyler, Texas.

A manufacturing agreement to this effect was signed by both the sides in March.

BGC is a food chain with over 150 store locations across the nation, in which Alkaline88's products are already available.

The new equipment has the capacity to produce more than 30 truckloads of Alkaline88 products monthly.

The BGC plant is expected to become completely operational in May 2014.

The company develops Alkaline88 using advanced proprietary electrolysis beverage process and is available in 3l and 1gal sizes.

Alkaline Water president and CEO Steven Nickolas said in recent months the company has announced numerous distribution and retailer agreements.

"Logistics and capacity are both fundamental drivers in our goal towards national distribution and profitability," added Nickolas.
