Dannon unveils new Greek frozen yogurt

US-based Dannon, a Dannonsubsidiary of Danone, has introduced new Dannon Oikos Greek Frozen Yogurt.

The new product is available in six flavors comprising, Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Café Latte, Black Cherry, and Key Lime.

Dannon marketing vice president Art D'Elia said the new Greek yogurt delivers an incredible frozen taste experience with half the fat of regular ice cream and 6g of protein in every serving.

"While the phenomenon of Greek yogurt continues to drive growth in the refrigerated section, the trend is just starting to expand into the frozen aisle," D'Elia added.

Dannon Oikos Greek Frozen Yogurt, which is packed in pint containers, is available for MSRP$3.99.

Headquartered in White Plains, New York, Dannon has facilities in Minster of Ohio, Fort Worth of Texas, West Jordan of Utah, and Portland of Oregon.
