US-based Cedar Lake Cellars has joined forces with VB Chocolate Bar to launch new desserts, which blend wines with handcrafted chocolates.
VB Chocolate owner Conor VanBuskirk prepared chocolates by using Cedar Lake's wines and concocted several chocolate barks that will pair with their extensive wine list.
All the three chocolate barks comprise milk and are molded chocolate shells filled with a flavored ganache, according to Cedar Lake Cellars.
The three new chocolate truffles include a Norton Wine, which is a dark chocolate from Tanzania with the wine blended into the ganache.
The Port Wine truffle is dark chocolate Madagascar blend with the wine mixed into the ganache and a Firetruck Wine truffle that is milk chocolate from the Ghana region with the sweet red wine blended into the ganache.
