American specialty beer importer Merchant du Vin has expanded its product portfolio with the introduction of Green’s Gluten-Free India Pale Ale.

The company has introduced the new product to cater to the increasing consumer demand for hoppy IPAs.

Green's Belgian beer is made from gluten-free ingredients such as Green's Dry-Hopped Lager, Discovery Amber, Endeavour Dubbel, and Quest Tripel: sorghum, millet, buckwheat, rice, water, hops, and yeast.

Brewed in De Proef brewery, the IPA has an OG of 1.051; 6.0% ABV; and 60 IBUs.

Packaged in 16.9oz bottles, Green's gluten-free beers will be available beginning 1 August 2014.

Merchant du Vin also imports Samuel Smith's from England; Ayinger and Certified Organic Pinkus beers from Germany; Traquair House from Scotland; Lindemans lambics, Du Bocq, and the Trappist beers of Orval, Westmalle, and Rochefort from Belgium.
