The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, an American coffee and tea retailer, will expand its product presence to Japan, under a partnership with L.A. Style, a joint venture between Hotland and Aeon Mall.
An exclusive area development agreement was signed between Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and L.A. Style.
Through the partnership, the company will begin introducing its coffee and tea beverages in Japan by the end of this year.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf president and CEO John Dawson said that the company is eager to bring its brand of signature beverages and unique store experience to Japan and is confident that L.A. Style, with its vast experience and resources, will guarantee continued growth in Japan for years to come.
"This is an important milestone demonstrating our commitment to continued growth in Asia," added Dawson.
Besides expanding internationally, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is also investing in Southern California, by opening new stores in the region.
