The mini lemon or “bonbon lemon” is about the size of a golf ball, an added advantage is that the lemons are also 100% organic. Product Manager Pieter de Keijzer explains; “Because organic lemons are not sprayed with pesticides or treated with wax you can use the zest for wide range of dishes instead of throwing it away”.
