Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, is all set to change the dining experience that it has on offer by bringing in a confluence of cuisines accompanied by wines.
The dinners will be crafted and hosted by internationally acclaimed wine makers and master chefs. The guests will consist of the who’s who in the city, including regular patrons.
A selection of wines from Kumala represented by Sula Selections in India will be available for the wine dinner. Kumala is an award-winning winery from a wine-growing region of South Africa and has been the recipient of highest ratings in the most respected wine publications for South African wines in the world. Wine maker Ben Jordaan has personally flown in to interact with the guests and introduce them to the history of the wines.
The four-course menu for the evening specially crafted by executive chef Nitin Mathur is created in keeping with the essence of the wines, their versatility and profusion of flavour.
Speaking about the curated evening, K. Mohanchandran , area director, Hyderabad, and GM, Taj Krishna, said, “I happened to taste one of the Kumala wines some months ago, I think it was the Malbec and was pleasantly surprised with the character. So it is a great pleasure to share their wines with our guests, over a specially paired menu at Taj Krishna – the first of what I hope, will be many interesting dinners at Taj Krishna.”
