The newly merged business will open up a more extensive state-of-the-art product mix from both companies for potato, onion and vegetable storage systems together with semi-industrial systems to customers in the UK and in overseas markets.
“The merger in which Tolsma-Grisnich has taken a majority share is very much a win win situation for our customers and employees at our factory in Grantham as it is the intention of the enlarged business to invest in Farm Electronics and further grow the company securing its long term future.” said Tim Dudfield, managing director of Farm Electronics.
The company will continue to trade and manufacture crop storage systems as Farm Electronics Limited in the UK from its factory and engineering design facility at Woodland Drive, Alma Park Industrial Estate.
