New device allows continuous monitoring of the cold chain

Imec Messtechnik has begun the market launch of the new tempmate.-GS. Electronic measurement devices, which provide data of temperature history only after a delivery, are now a thing of the past thanks to Cold Chain 4.0 and devices like it.

The new device tempmate.-GS provides continuous transfer of all relevant measurement data of the condition of goods in real time. This means that as soon as there are signs of an anomaly of temperature, humidity, light or impact during a transportation, the device will send an alarm, which allows immediate reaction to save goods.
