Anecoop will be present at the upcoming edition of Fruit Attraction, which will be held in Madrid from 23 to 25 October. The cooperative will be showcasing its range of fruit and vegetables in three stands. During the event, Anecoop, together with its subsidiary Janus Fruit, will present its new project "Bouquet para preparar" (Ready to make Bouquet), and will also share the latest news regarding its ready-to-eat products. These are all 100% natural and based on traditional and healthy recipes. The range includes soups and creams, vegetable spreads, fruit puree and fresh fruit salads.

Easy and healthy cooking

Anecoop's main objectives with "Bouquet para preparar" are to increase the consumption of fruit and vegetables and to bring back the pleasure of cooking in a quick and easy way. It is also suitable for people who can't cook well or don't like it. The recipes are very simple.

These are biodegradable trays with various fresh vegetables and a simple recipe included. They allow the consumer to purchase ingredients in the right quantities and prepare a delicious and healthy meal, without having to give up the pleasure of cooking and without wasting food. The packs have an average shelf life of ten days and each one allows you to prepare a meal for three to four people, for less than a Euro per person. Packages for all kinds of different meals are available, adapted to each region's consumption habits. These include pumpkin and carrot creams with curry and pumpkin seeds; broccoli cream with parsnip, apple and ginger; traditional vichyssoise; carrot cream with apple and turmeric; gazpacho; orange and red smoothies, vegetarian stir-fries; grilled vegetables; American coleslaw; vegetarian carpaccio, cold leek-apple soup with lemon, and stew and vegetable stock.

The director of Anecoop, Alejandro Monzón, explains that this new launch is "part of our strategy to promote the consumption of fruit and vegetables and healthy lifestyles, while bringing back the pleasure of cooking. The ingredients in each package are grown by us. This is an innovative concept, unique on the market; one that breaks with our usual preconceptions about ready-to-eat meals or salads. Proof of this is that the product has been selected as a finalist for Fruit Attraction's Innovation Awards."

In addition to the presentation of these new products, Anecoop will, as usual, share news about the cooperative's activities. The entity has five commercial offices in Almeria, Murcia, Seville, Valencia and Valle del Ebro, nine subsidiaries in Europe and Asia, two logistics platforms and two R&D centers. Anecoop will showcase its entire seasonal range in different packages, so that visitors can visualize the product's presentation at the point of sale. This year, special attention will also be paid to products from alternative cultivation systems, such as organic and zero waste products.
