The 41,334ft² warehouse will have a main floor footprint of 35,311ft² and a 6,023ft² mezzanine area.
It will also include an automated storage and retrieval system that can handle 27,000 boxes in a nine-hour day, with box storage capacity of more than 37,000.

US-based firm Integral Strategic Solutions will handle work related to the construction of the facility.
Integral comprises Kuecker Logistics Group, Weitz Company, Interstate and Schemmer Associates.
The distribution centre is expected to be fully operational by next year.
Creekstone supplies high-quality meat products such as Black Angus beef and antibiotic-free Duroc pork to grocers and restaurants. The company is owned by Marubeni Group.
Creekstone entered the processing business in 2003 after buying a 42,000m² processing plant in Arkansas City. The company’s products are exported to Europe, Latin America and Asia.
