Havmor continues its tradition of innovations with the simultaneous launch of several new offerings, including Cool-Ups [a range of sorbets in three flavours (lemon, strawberry and pina orange]; the Cookie Ice cream Sandwich (a combination of a cookie and ice cream); Ras’ Mataz (a concept ice cream in an inverted cone shape); Kesar Chowpatty Kulfi; Mango Cone and Block Buster [a 120ml candy bar, available in four flavours (Cookie Cream, Classic Vanilla, Mango Magic and Almond Mocha)].
Besides these, the company will continue to offer three new flavours every three months. This quarter’s flavours are Dry Fruit Ribbon, Fresh Mango and Peach Passion.
Havmor recently expanded the capacity at its manufacturing facility to 2 lakh litres per day, investing in the world’s most advanced ice cream manufacturing technology. This, combined with the strong R&D base and consistent focus on quality control makes it one of the fastest-growing and most innovative ice cream companies in India.
One of the leading ice cream brands in Gujarat, Havmor is rapidly expanding in the neighbouring states of Maharashtra and Rajasthan, and soon plans to enter the fray in Madhya Pradesh and other states of India.
The company's target is to achieve a turnover of Rs 300 crore by 2013. Pradeep Chona, director, Havmor Ice Cream Ltd, says, “Today the customer has a wide choice. We have grown because they have liked our commitment to purity, quality and innovation”.
