Ketan Parikh, director, Maroosh, explains, “Bhopal was the most logical choice for expansion. Because, the city does not have too many Lebanese restaurants, but the food culture here is so great, people are always willing to try new things. Considering the city's population that was mostly dominated by teenagers and youngsters with disposable income, it was an ideal market to enter.”
He added, “In a world where it is cheaper to fly to Bangkok or Dubai than it is to fly to Goa, people are getting more and more exposure to emerging food trends from around the world and want to get the same experiences even when they are back home.”
Ravi Jaisinghani, who is instrumental in bringing Maroosh to Bhopal, says, "The food court at Aashima is that perfect place to spend some quality time with friends and family. Maroosh has added vibrancy to our offering with delicacies that will be relished by Bhopalis.”
