Pieminister, a pie producer based in Bristol, UK, is revamping its pie offerings and also rolling out new varieties, in order to increase its sales.
The new pie range includes Deer Stalker, a venison-based pie created for Waitrose; The Free Ranger, which is made with free-range chicken; Peahock which will be available exclusively in Sainsbury's, Funghi Chicken Pie developed for Tesco.
As a part of the product overhaul, the company has also refreshed its existing pie range.
In September, the company has launched a number of new varieties including thinner pastry and also rolled out new brighter packaging, reported Bakeryinfo.co.uk.
Pieminister pies are sold in the delis, food halls, farmer's markets and pubs throughout the UK as well as in pieminister cafés in Bristol, London, Oxford and Trentham. The pies are now also available at a number of supermarkets nationwide.
