US-based Pete's Gourmet Confections has launched a new beer candy for craft beer lovers.
The new product is made from rich nougat and handcrafted chocolate stout beer. It will first mix roasted oats and barley, chocolate malt and dark crystal malt, the master brewer then blends in the finest Cascade and Nugget hops.
Pete's Gourmet confectioner and brewmaster Peter Croyle remarked that with this recipe, they have elevated the beer candy to the craft brewing level.
"Beer Bites will have beer lovers and candy lovers alike wagging their tongues for a taste," added Croyle.
